Support Beyond Medication. Coaching for the ADHD mind
Whether you're newly diagnosed or seeking ongoing support, ADHD coaching helps you build structure, confidence and momentum, in a way that works for you.
What is ADHD Coaching?
ADHD coaching is a practical, forward-looking approach that helps you understand your brain, build self-awareness, and find strategies that truly fit. Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis or just looking for extra support in daily life, our coaches work with you to identify what’s getting in the way - and help you move past it.
Sessions are collaborative and goal-focused, covering everything from time management and emotional regulation, to motivation, confidence and long-term habits.
How It Helps
Coaching helps you turn understanding into action. It’s not just about talking - it’s about finding practical ways to stay on top of daily life, feel more confident in your choices, and finally get traction with the things that matter to you.
Whether you’re juggling work, family, big goals or everyday tasks, coaching helps you build the tools, routines and mindset to move forward - one realistic step at a time.

-
ADHD coaching is focused on the present and future - helping you manage daily life, set goals and build strategies that work for you. It’s not a clinical or diagnostic service. If you need emotional or mental health support, we’ll guide you towards the right help.
-
Nope! You don’t need a formal diagnosis. If you relate to ADHD traits or challenges, coaching can still be a helpful way to get support and structure.
-
Absolutely. Coaching works really well alongside other support - like psychiatry, therapy, or medication - to help you put practical tools into action.
-
That’s totally okay. Your coach will help you figure it out as you go. You don’t need to have it all worked out to get started.
-
You can book single sessions if you want flexibility, or choose a package for regular support at a reduced rate.
You’ll find full details on our Fees & Services page — or just get in touch and we’ll talk you through your options.
