Medication & Treatment

Yes. If clinically appropriate, we can initiate and manage ADHD medication. This includes titration (dose adjustment), regular monitoring, and follow-up reviews.

All ADHD prescriptions at Cognition Care are issued using SignatureRx, a secure digital prescribing platform. These prescriptions are sent directly to our trusted dispensing partner, Signature Pharmacy, for home delivery.
Once your prescription is approved, Signature Pharmacy will contact you with a secure payment link. After payment, your medication will be delivered to your home via free tracked UK delivery, usually within 2–4 working days.

Yes, all privately prescribed medication must be paid for separately by the patient. The cost will vary depending on the type, dose, and brand of medication.
For ADHD medication, prices typically range from £50 to £130 for a 28–30 day supply.
All prescriptions at Cognition Care are dispensed by our trusted partner, Signature Pharmacy, and delivered directly to your home. You will receive a secure payment link from Signature Pharmacy once your prescription has been processed.
Delivery is included — there are no additional delivery fees.

Yes — we are happy to provide documentation to your GP to support a shared care agreement. Whether your GP accepts it depends on their local policies.

ADHD coaching: to support focus, organisation, emotional regulation, and realistic goal-setting
Lifestyle support: including advice on sleep, nutrition, physical activity, and daily routines
Therapy referrals: such as CBT, counselling, or mindfulness-based approaches
Appointments & Access

Cognition Care is a UK-based service offering remote appointments nationwide.

All standard appointments are held remotely (video or phone). In-person sessions may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

We use Semble, a secure, GDPR-compliant platform for healthcare video consultations and communication.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
