All appointments are held virtually via secure video consultation through Semble, unless clearly stated otherwise.

You’ll need a stable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone (like a laptop, tablet, or smartphone). A video link will be sent to your email after booking.

Important:

  • Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Medication costs are not included in our consultation or titration fees. If medication is prescribed, you will need to pay your chosen pharmacy directly. Prices may vary depending on the pharmacy and the medication.
